Opava 2025 Careers Fair

Participation in this event is crucial for the RKL HOLDING Group. Actively supporting local events is a priority for us, as it enables us to directly influence and develop a skilled workforce in the region.

During the fair, we focused on several key areas:

Work placements and internships for students: We presented opportunities for students to gain valuable experience and familiarise themselves with the workings of our companies whilst still studying.

Constructive meetings: We held dozens of discussions with young professionals, which confirmed our belief that the region has the potential and interest in an innovative working environment.

Strengthening partnerships: We took the opportunity to strengthen relationships with regional partners and educational institutions, which is essential for effective recruitment and talent development.

The aim of our participation was not merely to collect contacts, but above all to transform interest into real career opportunities within our group. We look forward to establishing cooperation and growing professionally together!
