The solar panels at the RKL Opava site are delivering excellent results

In May last year, we installed solar panels on the roofs of our RKL Opava site. After around nine months of full operation, we are pleased to report the following positive results:

• 143 MWh of clean energy generated
• 57,000 kg reduction in CO₂ emissions
• equivalent to 1,692 trees planted

In these times of ever-rising energy prices and a focus on sustainable sources, we wanted to take a step towards a greener and more self-sufficient future. And our results confirm that this was a step in the right direction. Alongside cost savings, raising awareness of sustainability is also important to us. Photovoltaic panels bring not only financial savings but also a visible impact in the form of a lower carbon footprint – and that is a significant competitive advantage today. We believe that energy self-sufficiency and environmental responsibility go hand in hand with modern business.
