RKL HOLDING comprises several companies, various workplaces, professions and sectors. Yet we have a great deal in common – and it is precisely these face-to-face meetings that help us get to know not only our colleagues better, but also the work carried out by the individual companies.

That is why, on this occasion, we swapped our offices and workplaces for a farm setting and spent the day together in a slightly different way.

Horses, archery, team activities, sunshine and, above all, plenty of space for what we often don’t have time for during a normal working day – to stop, have a chat and get to know one another better – were all waiting for us.

The gathering wasn’t just about fun; we also discussed what we’re doing well, where we see room for improvement, and what we can achieve through mutual cooperation.

This is precisely where we see the greatest value in such gatherings. Behind every email, phone call, request or task is a real person. When we know each other in person and have a better understanding of what our colleagues do, we are also better able to communicate and work together.

A holding company is not just about a shared name. Above all, it is about people who are able to connect, share experiences and pull together in the same direction.

We came away with lots of great memories, but above all with a new shared energy that we want to build on further.
